Excel Invoice Manager is an electronic invoicing management system which is based on MS Excel. It’s more complex than simple macros, more appropriately it’s an application that integrates and uses MS Excel’s capabilities for better accounting and easiness of use.
The interface of the program is the same as MS Excel’s since it was developed for it. Still the application is fully customizable, for users can keep invoices in different currencies, select font styles, change colors, set margins and more.
The main screen displays a new invoice and a series of buttons that enable the users to take actions on the current screen or to create new customers, add products, select reports, change settings and more.
It couldn’t be simpler, every task is pretty clear. Even users who don’t know anything about Excel will find it really easy to add, modify and delete products, or perform anything else.
Excel Invoice Manager stores everything: it allows creating reports, searching, printing invoices and other information (in the desired size & format). Moreover, the available settings allow excluding tax from products, keeping different currencies, plus modify templates.
There are 4 different versions of the program: Express, Platinum, Pro, and Enterprise. They all have the same basic features and the differences reside in the customization level, networking & sharing functions, templates, and other advanced features.
